Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags intact.

- Refund Process
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer after the item is inspected.
Online Card Payments: Refunds will be returned to the same card used in your original purchase.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Packaging
Please return items in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit. Using the original packaging is recommended.
- Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, accessories, and items without original packaging or tags are not eligible for return.
